Yes all three properties are dog-friendly with no size restrictions for well-behaved dogs.

Check-in after 4 PM CT and check-out by 10 AM CT unless otherwise agreed upon.
Which properties include a golf cart?
Livin Laguna Loca and Reverie Riviera each include a gas golf cart. BeaLake House does not have one included.
Is free parking available?
Yes, all three properties offer free on-site parking in the driveway and on the street. Carpooling is recommended. Parking is limited to our driveway, garage, and on the street in front of our yard.
How do I book or check availability?
You can book or check availability for all three homes via this website or through email, Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com.
Cancellation policy?
Travelers who cancel at least 30 calendar days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. Travelers who cancel 10-15 calendar days before check-in will get back 50% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel 0-9 calendar days before check-in they will not get a refund.

Tenant will not make alterations or changes in the rental property, nor assign their Agreement, nor sublet this rental property. The Owner and/or manager have the right to enter and take claim of property if any disruptive or destructive action occurs while said property is in possession of Tenant. This property for the requested time shall be used for the purpose of a vacation rental only. No large parties or events allowed. This property is privately owned and the Owner/management will not be responsible for accidents or injuries to guests; or for any illnesses, or for loss of money, jewelry, or other valuables during their stay. It is understood that the number of overnight guests will be limited to that number specified at the time of the contract. Dogs are allowed. No smoking of any kind including the use of e-cigarettes is permitted in the house or surrounding property. Property should be left in the same condition upon move-in. The tenant will be responsible to leave the dishes, utensils, and appliances clean. All trash is to be disposed in the receptacles provided. Housekeeping will replace towels, sheets, and linens, sanitize bathrooms, etc. at the end of the stay. If this rental property is destroyed by fire, or so damaged by fire or an unavoidable casualty as to make it uninhabitable or unfit for use and occupancy, the rental agreement shall be terminated and all monies paid returned to Tenant, unless the same is caused by the negligence of Tenant or their agents, servants, or employees.
